- When a renter incurs/causes a car accident, the renter must cover the Non-Waiverable amount of $500 for each incident (3rd party personal injury, 3rd party property and a rented car)

● Accident Replacement Vehicle

- While the vehicle is in the repair garage due to accident or damage incurred during rental period, renter is responsible for payment of the damage repair cost and unrentable penalty which cost of daily rental rate untill the finish date of repair
