*The departure time is assigned to make the admission (first-come, first-served basis every morning) guaranteed. After the time at the first spot of the tour, Imjingak Freedom Park, there will be about an hour or more waiting time until 09:20 or 09:40. We're afraid that if there are too many tourists at the admission of the DMZ in Imjingak Park, the waiting time could be until 11:30 or later.

1. Please check into Bus NO LATER THAN 06:45 with your passport. It is very important that you keep the check in time.
2. Please be advised, customers with disabilities, issues walking uphill or downhill, will not be allowed to enter 3rd Tunnel position of the DMZ Tour.

- Please bring your Military ID (for U.S. active duty military & dependents) or Passport to check your name.
- Check-in: Please check in at our Bus 15mins before tour departure.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We require 4 business days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled tour otherwise we will charge you cancellation fee as below.

The policy is as follows:
Full refund : If you do notify us about your cancellation or any changes 4 business days before your scheduled tour.
50% refund : If you cancel or make any changes 3 business days before your scheduled tour.
No refund : If you cancel or make any changes 2 days or later before your scheduled tour.

**Business day is based on our operation hours on weekdays (MON~FRI 08:30~17:00)

On the tour day, If you are a no-show, miss the bus, for some other reason fail to participate in the tour due to no fault of KORIDOOR, you get NO refund, NO credit & NO tour.

If a part of tour schedule is cancelled by unexpected condition of the tour place, No refund
The reason why we have these guidelines is because organizing trips, hiring buses and the likes can be expensive, and if people don’t turn up without paying, it can cost additional expenses to overall cost of the trip. Thus, we can guarantee seats by depositing the money into the bank account or by holding credit card.

If you want to join the tour, please make a reservation at least 4 business days prior to the desired tour date.
