It has been said that Seoul Zoo in the Greatest sanctuary of 

natural education

 

Established in 1984 for the purpose of creating a sanctuary 

of natural education forvarious animal and botanical researches,

it also acts as a place for citizens to enjoy their leisure time 

in a healthy way with 77 species of animals in a 196,000㎡ area. 

Seoul Grand Park Zoo carries out the breeding, displaying 

and maintenance of animals and holds a variety of events 

(such as the Flamingo Show, Dolphin Show and presentations about animals) all year.
